diversity & inclusion

We believe that a diverse workforce is key to building a leading company driven by top-performing talent. We are committed to fostering a culture of respect and continually working to build a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace for all employees.

We also believe that a collaborative and inclusive work environment is critical for nurturing productivity, innovation, and employee satisfaction, and that diversity brings unique perspectives and ideas to the table, which can help us stay ahead of the curve in today’s fast-paced world.

We recognise that an inclusive and collaborative workplace is vital for enhancing productivity, encouraging innovation, and supporting employee well-being. Diversity enriches our thinking with varied perspectives, positioning us to adapt and excel in a fast-paced world.

We have also continued to make significant efforts to retain and attract a diverse and inclusive workforce. This includes broadening our on-campus hiring efforts across all regions, improving parental leave time, supporting flexible work arrangements where required, and supporting women in the workforce.

All of these efforts have helped build a workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve and has provided opportunities for women and other underrepresented groups to succeed.

The continued growth and long-term success of Mercuria is dependent on our ability to retain and attract our talented workforce. Creating a respectful, inclusive, and diverse workplace where all individuals feel valued and empowered is both an ethical responsibility and a strategic advantage.

Our Business Principles, Code of Conduct, and Policies clearly communicate our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace, emphasising its importance to our success. This message is reinforced through our training platform, which delivers dedicated training to ensure all employees understand and embrace these values.
