Skills for the future

As Mercuria, we understand the importance of empowering our employees and valuing their development and growth. We firmly believe that our success is directly linked to the success of our employees, and that’s why we prioritize their well-being and career development.

Our Human Resources team plays a crucial role in achieving this objective.

We are committed to the growth and development of our employees, and it is clear that by helping them to develop the skills needed for the future, we can leverage our internal capabilities and better achieve sustainable growth.

To achieve our goals of building a diverse and high-performing team, we offer a range of programs and initiatives that support employee development, and our HR team is committed to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed. We offer a combination of training types, from on-the-job and employee shadowing, to peer-to-peer coaching and specific in-person and online development programs.

We recognize that learning is an ongoing process, and that’s why we are relaunching our lunch and learn programs in our main offices, which were paused during the COVID-19 pandemic. These programs are designed to provide employees with an opportunity to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. They are tailored to allow employees to expand their skillsets, improve their performance, and achieve their full potential.

We also believe in creating synergies and better collaboration between regions, teams and our business partner. To help achieve this goal, we have implemented a performance management plan that allows managers to share feedback regularly with our employees and share recognition for their contributions.
