This includes broadening our on-campus hiring efforts across all regions, improving parental leave time, supporting flexible work arrangements where required, and supporting women in the workforce.

    Mercuria has a comprehensive whistleblowing policy, which encourages employees to raise concerns without fear of any repercussions to them or their career.  In addition, all employees have direct lines of communication with any member of the management team should they want it.
